Looking for a sensory-friendly museum experience? Please join NHMU and the Utah Museum of Fine Arts (UMFA) at each museum for an adjusted museum experience.
On the evening of November 5, both museums will have lights and sounds adjusted, have sensory tools available for use, and offer programming suitable for those with sensory needs. Need an ASL interpreter for Sensory Night? Weâre happy to help! Please email [email protected] at least 72 hours in advance to request one.
The UMFA Sensory-Friendly event begins at 10 a.m. Sensory Friendly Evening at NHMU begins at 5 p.m. Both events end at 8 p.m.
This event is free to attend and does not require pre-registration. All guests must register at the front desk upon arrival to receive their ticket.
